Inheritence

I have just finished reading a book called Inheritence. It was the final book of what was originally going to be a trilogy but turned out to become a quadrilogy. I read the first three books when i was younger and although I am nowq in my twentieth year and the book is aimed for a younger readership I decided I wanted to read it.
I am glad i got this book and read it. the synopsis at the start was exactly what a reader like myself needed. The book involved dragons, magic, elves and dwarves as well a plethora of other fantastical creatures.
This new book was at the same high standard as the previous three novels although there were certain parallels that could be drawn between its story line and parts of films I've seen ion the last few years. This I forgive as everyone needs inspiration from somewhere and I doubt the author has been to his phantom world
